I'm a customer marketing and advocacy professional with experience building customer communities, gathering customer stories, and activating advocates to support sales and retention. I partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify the right customers, develop testimonials and proof points, and create programs that connect customer success to business outcomes.

Most recently I was at ACHC, where I built a customer community from scratch that grew to nearly 2,900 registrants and became the foundation of our advocacy program. Nearly two-thirds of those registrants were net new contacts brought in through word of mouth and peer referrals.

I also volunteer on AMA Chicago's Membership Committee, where I'm leading the chapter's volunteer engagement and recognition initiative.
