Marketing AI Exchange (MAX)
If you’re an AMA Chicago member, help shape the next phase of the Marketing AI Exchange (MAX), AMA Chicago’s collaborative platform for marketers to build, test, and evolve practical AI agents together. All agents are freely available to chapter members; no subscription required. Your feedback will drive every iteration.
This session will focus on three core goals:
1. Understand Who Wants to Work on Which Agents
The group will work together to begin organizing member interest around specific agent work streams. You’ll identify which areas of marketing AI you are most interested in contributing to, exploring, or leading. This may include agents focused on marketing capabilities and AI development including:
- strategy
- brand
- audience insights
- content development
- campaign planning
- performance marketing
- research
- social media
- ethics
- governance
2. Demonstrate Agents and Gather Feedback
The session will include demonstrations of early MAX agents or agent concepts. You’ll be invited to react to what is working, what feels useful, what needs improvement, and what additional use cases should be considered.
The emphasis will be on practical feedback—how these agents could help marketers do better work, move faster, learn from each other, and create shared value across the AMA Chicago community.
3. Build Roadmaps for the Future
The group will begin shaping a roadmap for where MAX goes next. This includes identifying priority agents, defining ownership models, establishing feedback loops, and determining how agents should evolve over time.
The outcome should be a clearer path for turning MAX from a concept into a living community platform for marketing AI experimentation, education, and collaboration.
