If you’re a marketing executive (VP or above), join this cohort-based guided journey designed to support you as you navigate today’s dynamic job market. (If you’re not a VP or above, consider signing up for Job Acceleration Coaching.) In a small group of 8–12 people led by Executive Coach Carrie Campbell, you’ll focus on:
- thought leadership & presence
- executive narrative assets
- high-stakes networking
- working with executive recruiters and global search firms
- total compensation negotiations
- immediate operational readiness
Executive Career Coaching provides you with peer-to-peer support, constructive feedback, accountability, and practical matters including platform optimization, executive bios, executive presence, and “the hidden job market.”
This AMA Chicago program utilizes a Learn & Apply roadmap:
- Learn sessions: Focused on frameworks and tactical toolkits (including CAR stories, AI-driven resumes, negotiation strategies).
- Apply sessions: Supportive “hot seat” sessions allow everyone time to refine their high-stakes assets like personal pitches and negotiation strategies.
The 6-month coaching for executives begins the first week of September 2026 and concludes in late February 2027:
- 12 total sessions (2/month)
- 1st week of each month: 90-minute Learn session
- 3rd week of each month: 1-hour Apply session
